We are currently hiring for a position in our Stowe, Vermont office. The job details can be found below:

Office Manager & Operations Assistant

• Full time

• In-person Stowe Office; some remote hours possible after 90-day trial period

• Shared office with CPA & Wealth Management Firm

Tasks

• Provide outstanding customer service experience on the phone, in person, and via email

• Support Operations Team with new business workflow and client service activities

• Responsible for main office phone line; route messages to advisors and associates as necessary

• Assist with new business data entry and service forms – accuracy is paramount

• Maintain CRM with accurate client information, record client contacts and notes

• Record incoming and outgoing mail; submit all checks to the back office via overnight mail

• Leverage DocuSign and other digital tools to maximize efficiency with business processing

• Communicate daily with remote team members to ensure a cohesive and high-level client

experience

• Maintain accurate client files, both electronically and hard copy

• Assist with mailings, including annual holiday mailing, birthday mailing, referral mailings, as well

as email marketing campaigns and associated technology

• Utilize approved social media channels for marketing purposes, (LinkedIn, Facebook, and other

approved sites)

Education and Work Experience Requirements

• Two years office experience in financial services or related

• Associate degree or commensurate work experience

• Experience effectively using Customer Relationship Management (CRM) Software

• Basic tax knowledge, Accounting, Financial Services, and/or Life Insurance designations, a plus
